RMA Request – Return Merchandise Authorization
Before returning equipment to ALPHA-3i, please make sure to complete this form in order to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible, please fill in the repair form and describe the issue as accurately as possible.
This form should be completed by the EPoS reseller, using the dealer account details.
If the product is to returned directly to the end user, then the ‘return address’ field should be used to enter their details.
By submitting this document, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of returns.
As soon as we receive your request, we will return the document together with your RMA number.
When returning the material, please mark the RMA number clearly on the product packaging.
All equipment must be returned in a secure and stress resistant carrier packaging.
Transport costs for sending material are your responsibility, ALPHA-3i will pay the return postage.
For customers who do not subscribe to a service contract or a return out of warranty, a quote will be sent, and upon acceptance the latter repairs will be carried out.
